WP-302 Sodium methylsilicate is a new rigid building waterproof material with good permeability and crystallinity. The silanol group in its molecular structure reacts with the silanol group in the silicate material to dehydrate and cross-link, thus realizing the "anti-capillary effect" to form an excellent hydrophobic layer, at the same time, it has the function
of micro-expansion and increasing compactness. This is the mechanism of silicone waterproofing agent with high waterproofing efficiency.
Usage of WP-302
1. Waterproof mortar construction: clean up sediment, debris, oil pollution, etc. in the base course; control the ratio of lime to sand at 1:2.5~3 (32.5R grade Portland cement, medium sand, mud content is less than 3%) and water-cement ratio is less than 0.5. WP-302 accounts for 3-5% of cement consumption. In order to ensure uniform mixing, it is necessary to mix WP-302 with the water of mortar proportion evenly before adding cement and sand. The waterproof layer is constructed in two layers (each layer is 10 mm thick). The first layer is plastered with plain mortar 1 mm, and then with waterproof mortar layer, which is compacted at initial setting and rubbed into hemp surface with wooden plaster; the second layer of waterproof mortar is polished and compacted after polishing (if decorative construction is required, hemp surface must be rubbed). According to normal spraying maintenance, spraying cement curing agent has better effect.

2. Waterproof concrete construction: WP-302 accounts for 1% of the cement consumption, and uniformly mixed with concrete, the same as ordinary concrete construction method. In order to ensure uniform mixing, it is necessary to mix organosilicon waterproofing agent with water of concrete proportions evenly before adding cement, sand and stone.

3. Leakage maintenance construction: the original base smooth surface needs to be chiseled into hemp surface, after cleaning floating ash, make plain mortar bonding layer, and then plaster waterproof mortar layer. The leak must be stopped at the leaking site. inside corner and exposed corners angles should be rounded and compacted. The stubble should be sloped (the width of stubble is 100-150 mm). When stubble is stubbled, plaster mortar as the bonding layer and then plaster waterproof mortar layer.
4. Spraying anti-seepage construction: WP-302 is sprayed on the surface of water-absorbing inorganic building materials such as cement surface, brick, tile, gypsum board and ordinary paint wall after dilution with 8 times clear water, which is used for anti-seepage and moisture-proof treatment, and has excellent effect.
Scope of use of WP-302

1. Widely applicable to roofing, interior and exterior wall, floor, toilet, kitchen, basement and warehouse waterproof and moisture-proof, as well as the impermeability of reinforced concrete structure;

2. For underground civil air defense projects, such as culverts, bridges, dikes, tunnels, large hydropower stations and water diversion projects, in order to reduce water erosion and prevent weathering;

3. Used in all kinds of pools, such as swimming pools, water purification pools, sewage pools, water towers, etc.

4. Used for impregnating superabsorbent inorganic aggregates, such as perlite board, roofing brick, cement brick, lightweight brick veneer of high-rise building, asbestos, inorganic fabric, thermal insulation material, etc., to make it have remarkable waterproof and moisture-proof effect.

5. Waterproof, color protection, pollution prevention and aging prevention of water-soluble building coatings have been widely used in exterior wall finishes.

6. Additives for latex paint, sodium silicate and 107 adhesive can increase water content and maintain stable bonding strength.

7. Used in oil drilling, mud viscosity and density can be adjusted, drilling collapse can be effectively prevented and drilling rate can be improved.

8. It can be used to open pumps and inject oil layers in the later stage of oil wells to prevent crustal skeleton collapse of oil production layers, so that oil far from oil wells can be exploited smoothly.

9. For other special uses to reduce water absorption and impermeability and waterproofing.
