WP-303 is a new type of rigid three-dimensional waterproofing material of modified silicone for building, whose main component is methyl silicate. Its efficient waterproofing mechanism is the formation of methylsilanol under the action of water and carbon dioxide. The further  ondensation and merging of methylsilanol react with building materials, and a layer of insoluble macromolecule compounds with several molecular thicknesses, i.e. reticulated silicone resin film, is formed on the surface and inside of structural materials. This resin film has the advantages of waterproof, impermeability, moisture-proof, rust-proof, anti-aging and anti-pollution, so it can be widely used in cement mortar, gypsum, perlite, reinforced concrete, waterproof paint and other fields.

Main performance characteristics

1. WP-303 is a colorless or yellowish liquid.

2.Non-toxic, non-irritating odor, non-flammable, non-explosive, miscible with water, non-polluting to the environment, fully in line with the requirements of health and environmental protection;

3.Excellent waterproof performance, excellent weather resistance and durability;

4. It has strong impermeability, which is four times higher than ordinary cement.

5. The wear resistance is superior and the service life can be increased by more than 6 times.

Application Range of WP-303

1. Widely applicable to roofing, interior and exterior wall, floor, toilet, kitchen, basement and warehouse waterproof and moisture-proof, as well as rust and penetration prevention of reinforced concrete institutions;

2. Used in underground civil air defense projects, such as culverts, bridges, dikes, tunnels, large hydropower stations, water diversion projects, in order to reduce water erosion. Preventing weathering;

3. For all kinds of pools, such as swimming pools, water purification pools, sewage pools, water towers, etc.

4. Used for impregnating superabsorbent inorganic aggregates, such as perlite board, roofing brick, cement brick, lightweight brick veneer of high-rise building, asbestos, inorganic fabric, thermal insulation material, etc., to make it have remarkable waterproof and moisture-proof effect.

5.Waterproof, color protection, pollution prevention and aging prevention of water-soluble building coatings have been widely used in exterior wall finishes.

6.Additives for latex paint, sodium silicate and 107 glue can increase water content and maintain stable bonding strength.

7. Used in oil drilling, mud viscosity and density can be adjusted, drilling collapse can be effectively prevented and drilling efficiency can be improved.

8. It can be used for pumping and injecting oil layer in later stage of oil well to prevent crustal skeleton collapse of oil layer. The oil far from the oil well is exploited smoothly.

9. For other special uses to reduce water absorption and impermeability and waterproofing.

Usage restriction

1. It should not be used on substrates with large amount of water-soluble salts in the structure to avoid contact with high concentration of salts.

2. It should not be used in high acid environment (because high acid environment is not conducive to carbon dioxide participation in the reaction).

3. The optimum construction temperature of this product is 10-35 C.

Matters needing attention

1. This product belongs to alkaline aqueous solution. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mouth. Once splashed on the skin should be immediately washed with water; if splashed into the eyes, immediately wash with water for 15 minutes, and promptly sent to the hospital for inspection (do not wipe with medicated water)

2. Avoid rain, irrigation or other water sources within 24 hours of application.

3. This product is diluted by water, it is best to use up on the same day, do not confuse the remaining solution.

4. When this product is not in use, it should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place.

This product is transported according to non-dangerous, sealed and stored in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of 5 years.
